All orders are shipped from Malaysia via DHL, Aramex, FedEx, EMS, or other courier. Ready-made items will be dispatched within 2–3 business days. Pre-order/custom/made-to-measure items will take 1–4 weeks. Please note that delays may occur during peak periods. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. All prices and transactions are displayed and processed in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit).
Free Shipping:
Free shipping is available for Malaysia and Singapore orders only, with a minimum spend. Malaysia orders: MYR 200 or above. Singapore orders: MYR 450 (SGD 145+) or above.

Lost Items:
Please note that once items are handed over to the courier service, we are no longer responsible for lost items. Any claims for lost items must be addressed with the courier service provider. Returns & Exchanges:
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt, excluding pre-order and customized items. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received : unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Returned items will be assessed to determine eligibility for a return or exchange.
Refunds:
Refunds are generally not available once items have been dispatched via courier services. Refunds may be granted in exceptional circumstances, such as if we are unable to process or fulfil your order. Please contact us to evaluate your case.
